1. Data Privacy and Secure Transactions
At DREXSPORT Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., we respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and provide our services—such as your name, contact details, and payment information—and use it solely for order processing, payment, delivery, customer support, and service improvement. Our website is protected by a verified SSL certificate (Trust Guard), payments are securely processed by trusted payment partners (such as PayU and CCAvenue), and deliveries are fulfilled by reputable shipping partners (such as Amazon Shipping and India Post). We may share your data with these third parties only for payment processing and order fulfilment; we do not sell your data or use it to send unrelated promotional content without your consent. If you ever encounter any issues with a transaction or your data, you can contact us, and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
2. Processing, Returns, Replacement, and Refunds
We generally process orders within 24–48 business hours and share the invoice and tracking details within 48 business hours; however, delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or other unforeseen circumstances, and we request your kind understanding in such cases. If you receive a damaged, tampered, counterfeit, or wrong product (which is rare), we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, provided you do not unseal the jar, and you share clear photos of the outer box, invoice, and sealed jar with us promptly. Suppose you change your mind and wish to cancel, return, or exchange your purchase for personal reasons. In that case, you may return the sealed and unused product within seven (7) business days from the date of order, and, subject to inspection and approval, we will issue a refund or replacement; in such cases, you will need to courier the product back to us and bear the return shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse replacement or refund, and/or to cancel orders, where we detect abuse of the policy, misuse, or any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
3. Shipping Partners and Delivery Delays
We are committed to providing timely and reliable delivery for every order. To ensure secure and efficient shipping, we work with reputable third-party logistics partners, including Amazon Shipping and India Post, depending on your location and service availability. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery timeline is subject to the shipping partner’s processes. It may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, regional restrictions, holidays, or operational issues. All delivery dates are therefore estimates only and not guaranteed. In the event of a delay, our support team will coordinate with the shipping partner to track your shipment, keep you informed, and seek the earliest possible resolution. If you experience any delivery issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us promptly so we can assist you on priority.
4. File a Complaint
To protect genuine customers and prevent misuse of our policies, we require a clear, continuous video showing the parcel before and during opening (outer box, shipping label, invoice, sealed product, and any issue claimed). For any product, delivery, payment, or other issue, you must file a complaint within two business days from payment or delivery (whichever is applicable), along with this video and relevant photos. Complaints raised without adequate proof, or after this period, may not be accepted. Where we detect inconsistent information, misuse, or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to refuse replacement/refund and to restrict future orders.
5. Product Label Information
Due to space limitations on product packaging, only essential and legally required details are printed on the physical label. All extended, explanatory, and technical information about our products is provided in full on our official website at www.drexsport.com
. The omission of detailed text from the label is not intended to withhold any material information and does not, by itself, constitute non-disclosure or non-compliance. The website content is meant to supplement and clarify what appears on the label, not contradict it. We encourage customers to refer to our website for the most complete, up-to-date, and authoritative product information before use or purchase.
6. Use of the Term “Organic” – Whey Protein
Our whey protein is made using whey derived from grass-fed Guernsey cows’ A2 milk sourced from organic farms, and independent laboratory tests together with our granted patent on “organic and natural whey protein” support our position that the product is organic in substance and free from artificial additives, including antibiotics and pesticides; on this basis, we use the term “organic” only in a descriptive sense to indicate the nature, quality and sourcing of the ingredients. Because the whey is imported from the USA and the final product is manufactured in India, our products are not eligible for “Certified Organic” status under Indian NPOP/PGS schemes and also cannot obtain USDA Organic certification, which would generally require final manufacture and accreditation in the USA, a route that is commercially unviable for us due to high customs duties and import taxes on finished products in India; accordingly, any reference to “organic” on our website, labels or marketing materials is descriptive only and must not be construed as a claim of official organic certification under Indian or foreign law.
7. Natural Silicon Dioxide
Natural silicon dioxide is present in many foods, including milk and whey proteins, at trace levels. Our patent formulation refers to “silicon dioxide”, and for transparency, we list “silicon dioxide” on our label; however, we do not add any separate silicon dioxide (food additive INS 551) to our whey protein as an anti-caking or processing aid. Any silicon dioxide present in our product arises from naturally occurring sources in the raw materials, and we do not use manufactured food-grade INS 551 silicon dioxide as a separate additive.
8. Batch Testing
At DREXSPORT, we do not commission full-spectrum laboratory testing for every single production batch because our patented formulation and ingredient sources remain constant, and comprehensive third-party tests have already confirmed consistent results. Complete multi-parameter testing (covering artificial ingredients, antibiotics, pesticides, chemicals, heavy metals, amino-acid profile, etc.) is highly time-consuming and costly, which is why even most pharmaceutical and nutraceutical brands do not test every batch at that level. Just as a doctor needs a complete blood and urine profile—not just one or two markers—to assess your proper health, the genuine authenticity and purity of a product can only be judged from a complete lab report, not from a few selective parameters. Some brands promote limited batch testing (for example, only protein or a few heavy metals) and then claim “every batch tested – 100% authentic protein”; in our view, such partial testing can give an incomplete picture and may be more of a marketing message than a complete scientific guarantee. Therefore, brands should either provide comprehensive batch-wise lab reports or refrain from presenting partial reports as proof of “100% authenticity”. Our approach is to rely on extensive, accredited third-party reports for our formulation and ingredients and to make these available to customers, rather than using selective batch reports as a slogan or gimmick.
9. Independent Certification & Private “Trust” Seals
Some so-called “independent” organisations, Indian or foreign, are private businesses that sell paid “TRUSTED” logos and badges—often for thousands of dollars—based on limited internal tests, with no public lab reports or audits. These private “trust” seals have no official or statutory standing in India. They are best understood as paid marketing tools, much like an unrecognised college degree, used to create the illusion of extra safety and boost sales. In India, food products like ours are regulated by statutory authorities such as FSSAI, not by private trust marks, and responsible brands rely on regulatory compliance and transparent testing rather than on unofficial seals. At DREXSPORT, we use only globally accredited, government-approved and internationally recognised laboratories, and we publicly share detailed reports showing that our products are 100% natural and authentic, free from artificial ingredients, antibiotics and pesticides. Anyone may independently verify our claims using whey protein testing kits or NABL-accredited labs. We are registered, regulated and/or certified with FSSAI (Central Licence, India), FDA (USA), ISO 22000, and NABL lab reports, and our formulations are protected by government-granted patents 398320 and 432626, making DREXSPORT, to the best of our knowledge, the first and only company in the world to hold a patent for organic whey protein—the trust of our customers is earned through science, transparency and law, not through paid badges.
10. First Natural and Patented Whey Protein
DREXSPORT was the first brand to introduce a natural/clean whey protein (i.e., without artificial ingredients) and to obtain a patent for such a formulation. This is supported by our incorporation and FSSAI registration in 2017, our product launch on Amazon in November 2017, our patent application filed in 2017 and granted in 2022, and media coverage (including a 2019 Times of India feature) identifying our product as a first in its category. When we say “first”, we use the term strictly in a chronological and legal sense: DREXSPORT entered the market and filed its patent before other brands later launched their “natural” or “clean” whey proteins. Those later brands may have made minor formulation tweaks. Still, such changes do not make them chronologically “first” and, in light of our granted patent, do not create a legally unique or earlier formulation. Under Indian law, prior traders and their goodwill are protected against misleading use by others that confuses priority (see, for example, Tata Press Ltd. v. MTNL, (1995) 5 SCC 139). Accordingly, marketing claims by other brands such as “first natural”, “first clean”, “cleanest ever”, “natural ever” or equivalent, where they suggest priority over DREXSPORT, are in our view inaccurate and potentially misleading, and we reserve all rights to act against any such false or confusing claims.
